LVNG provides an omnipresent AI operating system. The system ingests, processes, and acts upon data connected by you. You retain all rights to your intellectual property. All integrations routing through the LVNG Brain remain your exclusive data properties; our models do not train on your private corpus data.

4. Limitations

In no event shall LVNG or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on LVNG's website or application endpoints, even if LVNG or a LVNG authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
