LVNG.AI provides an AI-powered platform for building and deploying digital assistants. Our services include knowledge management, agent deployment, integrations, and related tools for business automation.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws
- The accuracy of data you provide to train your assistants
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Transmit harmful or malicious content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with the proper functioning of our services
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the data you upload to our platform. We retain ownership of the LVNG.AI platform, technology, and any improvements we make. Your digital assistants and their training are yours—we do not use your data to train general AI models.
6. Payment Terms
Our services are provided on a subscription plus usage basis. Specific pricing will be discussed during your onboarding. Payment terms, including billing cycles and refund policies, will be outlined in your service agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability
LVNG.AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you may export your data. We will delete your data within 90 days of account closure unless legally required to retain it.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
