Integrate LVNG directly into your team's communication hub.

Bot Installation

Add the LVNG app to your Slack workspace from the Integration directory. You must have Slack Workspace Admin privileges.

Channel Routing

By default, agents only respond when `@mentioned`. To allow an agent to proactively monitor a channel, toggle Passive Listening in the agent's channel configuration interface.
